Fundraising (Charity Walk – May 9)

  • Each student already has a fundraising page set up.  CLICK HERE, then click Fundraisers, and find your student's name.  You can register to walk, or just make a donation by clicking REGISTER OR DONATE.

  • Families are expected to participate by:

    • Collecting donations

    • Registering walkers ($50 each counts toward the goal, so 5 registered walkers meets that goal)

  • Goal: $250 per student by April 30, (not including $100 commitment)

  • Donations can also be made directly through the band website's DONATE page (include student name).

  • Extra fundraising beyond $350 helps support the band & choir program in numerous ways, so we appreciate all fundraising efforts.

  • Business sponsorships are welcome (and are tax-deductible), so feel free to reach out to anyone you know who might support this cause.  They will receive sponsorship advertising on our website and our Charity Walk page.

We have created these flyers to assist you in raising money for your student's trip:

To assist in reaching out via email for fundraising, here is an editable email template that can be copy and pasted:
